The prices above cover IT management and support and do not include Microsoft 365 licences. Licences are billed separately at Microsoft's current list prices: Microsoft 365 Business Standard from approx. CZK 325 / user / month and Microsoft 365 Business Premium from approx. CZK 510 / user / month (annual commitment, prices as of 1 July 2026). We will confirm exact licence pricing during a consultation based on the current exchange rate and user count. On-site technician visits are billed separately at an hourly rate.

The monthly price covers IT management and support within your chosen package — Microsoft 365 administration, remote helpdesk, user onboarding/offboarding and licence reviews; higher tiers add security, monitoring and strategic services. Microsoft 365 licences and on-site visits are billed separately.
